SAN ANTONIO - Former Texas A&M Kingsville Athletic Director Brian Deangelis made an appearance in a Bexar County courtroom on a charge of improper photography. However, the hearing for today was rescheduled.
Deangelis resigned from the university in September after being arrested in San Antonio where he's accused of using a camera taped to his shoe to get images underneath a 14-year-old's dress at a Walmart. Detectives later found images on his cell phone and arrested him.
