Daniels Named to NBA D-League Select Team

CORPUS CHRISTI - Former Texas A&M-Corpus Christi star Chris Daniels has been named along with 10 others to the NBA Development League Select Team. They will play five games during the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

Daniels, who led the Islanders to their first and only NCAA tournament appearance was a first round draft pick in the D-League last season, and has a pair of Korean League titles on his resume.

He is arguably the best big man in A&M-Corpus Christi history.
