CORPUS CHRISTI- National pharmacy chain CVS is now backing off its recent policy change on purchasing nail polish remover.
The company had previously required customers to present identification to purchase products containing acetone, like nail polish remover.
Now, CVS has issued a statement saying in most states, including Texas, that it will no longer require an i-d for those purchases.
The change will take place before the end of this week.
