CORPUS CHRISTI - The two men accused of killing two little girls on Cheryl Drive nearly three months ago are expected in court this afternoon.
A grand jury indicted 27-year old Brendon Gaytan and 22-year old Cruz Salazar last week on two counts each of capital murder.
They are expected to go before a judge to formally hear the charges against them and possibly enter pleas.
Gaytan and Salazar were arrested nearly two weeks after the shootings on February 16th. 2-year old Lillyanna Valent and 6-year old Nevaeh Oliva were at a family home for a birthday party.
Both men are in the Nueces County jail, each on a two-million dollar bond.
