Young Man Sought in Murder Investigation

CORPUS CHRISTI - Homicide investigators are asking for help identifying a man who may have information on the murder of 24-year-old Jasmen Evans at the Four Winds Apartment complex Monday night.
The person they're looking for is a young Hispanic male, possibly a teenager, who was seen in a white BMW SUV at a business on the night of the murder. The individual has shaggy hair, a dark t-shirt, khaki cargo shorts, and white tennis shoes.
On the night of the murder, residents at the apartment complex heard and argument and gunfight. Once they came outside they saw two vehicles leaving the scene. There was a pistol on the sidewalk by a trail of blood.
A short time after the shooting, Evans was taken to Christus Spohn South with gunshot wounds. He died from his injuries.
Police say a 20-year-old man was later taken to Christus Spohn Memorial with a gunshot wound to the head. Earlier this week, investigators said they had not been able to talk to the man.
