CORPUS CHRISTI- It was unseasonably warm today in South Texas in spite of a cold front that moved thru around noon and persistent high clouds that we had all afternoon and evening. The weather trend over the next 7 days looks like at or below normal temperatures due to two cold fronts-one on Sunday night and the other next Wednesday and very little rainfall. Here are the details.
A dry cold front arrived in the Coastal today with initially warmer temperatures. Reinforcing cooler air arrives on Friday driving temperatures lower headed into the weekend which looks pretty nice but on the cool side thru Sunday morning. Another cold front is expected Sunday night with more cool air.
Tonight will be mainly clear and much cooler with a low of 56.
Friday will be mostly sunny through high clouds light winds and overall very nice with a cooler high of 77.
Temperatures drop into the 40's Friday night.
