Construction Workers Freed from Underneath Concrete Slab

Workers Pinned By Concrete Slab Rescued - KZTV

CORPUS CHRISTI - A couple of construction workers trapped beneath a large concrete slab are now headed to the hospital.

The men were part of a crew at Nile and Williams cutting a large section of concrete when it fell on them.

Coworkers and firefighters worked for more than an hour to cut the large slab into smaller sections.

There's no word on the extent of their injuries.
