FLORIDA - A knife-wielding robber was no match for a convenience store clerk who armed himself with cans of beer.
On Tuesday, a man, later identified as Steven Paul Larson entered a Citgo gas station in Port Orange, Florida.
Security camera footage shows Larson enter the store with a shirt over his head, waving a knife and demanding money.
Authorities said when Larson reached to grab money from the register, Dilip Patel grabbed some cans of Natural Ice and started throwing them.
Larson dropped the money and ran away on foot.
Police later arrested Larson at his home and charged him with battery and armed robbery.
