With the 5th week of school rolling around, administrators have started and finished leveling the class numbers in order to help teachers out. Everyone has had that class with 35 students and 25 desks, it makes it near impossible for the teacher to teach and the Corpus humidity doesn't help. "I'm actually kind of upset that my 8th period got changed to my 5th because it changed my U.S. history teacher." - Thomas Yzaguirre. Curses were thrown around as everyone got their new schedule; however, on the bright side, we all get our own desks now.
The main problem with leveling is that everyone gets used to their schedule before being forced into a random new schedule. "I feel like leveling could be done better if there was more forethought put into it, such as looking at class numbers before the first day of school and seeing if there are any possibilities of leveling beforehand." - Cameron Lara. In the end, everyone tends to get used to their schedule regardless of how many weeks they had their old schedule, but until then the Counselors will be busy.
