City Safety Coordinator Recognized by State Association for Outstanding Service

CORPUS CHRISTI - The City of Corpus Christi Safety and Risk Management Division is pleased to announce that Safety Coordinator Raul Vasquez has been chosen as the Risk Management Associate of the year by the Texas Chapter of the Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA).

The Risk Management Associate of the Year Award is presented to those who "exemplify the title through continual innovation and commitment to the risk management field." Vasquez was chosen to receive the honor over a number of other entries from communities around Texas. He will be presented with the award during the annual PRIMA State Conference Awards Luncheon, which will be held in Galveston on November 19, 2009.
