CORPUS CHRISTI - A three year-old girl is dead after police say she drowned in a swimming pool. It happened in the 3500 block of Armitage Drive in Flour Bluff.
Police say the girl's parents last saw the child ten minutes before they found her in the water.
Authorities say they tried to do CPR but it was too late. The girl died at Driscoll Children's Hospital, shortly after 9:00 Saturday night.
At this point, police aren't sure if the girls parents left her unattended or if she left the house and went to the pool alone.
Police say it looks like a tragic accident.
