Chicken Fiorentina Play Video

Ingredients:

Flour for dusting
Chicken Breast
Garlic Cloves
Fresh Rosemary
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
White Wine
Heavy Cream
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Spinach
Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Lightly dust chicken breast with flour.
  2. Saute chicken breast w/ extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt & pepper.
  3. Deglaze with white wine.
  4. Add cream and let reduce.
  5. Top with Parmesan.
  6. In separate pan, saute spinach with extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper.
  7. Place spinach on plate, top with chicken breast and cream sauce.
  8. Buon Appetito!
