CORPUS CHRISTI - We have some new information on the girl who attacked Alyssa Gonzalez at Cunningham Middle School last year.
CCISD Police Chief Kirby Warnke says charges of assault and terroristic threats were filed in the juvenile justice system against the girl who was caught on tape attacking Alyssa.
Chief Warnke says the girls that were standing around watching, cheering and taping the attack won't be facing any charges.
