2 pounds stew meat
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup flour
1 cup water

  1. Brown stew meat in vegetable oil.
  2. Add onions and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, seasonings, and 2 cups water.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  6. Add flour mixed with remaining water.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
  8. Serve with hot tortillas.
