ROBSTOWN - A crash between two cars this afternoon sent six people to area hospitals.
It happened at the intersection of county roads 79 and 52, northwest of Robstown.
According to DPS troopers, a pickup truck ran the stop sign and was T-boned by a silver car.
Officers say this crash happened very close to a power plant, and an employee there says it would've been much worse if the cars ended up in there.
The driver of the truck was picked up by halo flight and taken to the hospital. The other five people in the cars were also transported. Everyone is expected to be OK.
