CORPUS CHRISTI - Dedicated runners made their way across the finiish line today at the USS Lexington in the Capitol to Coast Run that started yesterday in Austin.
The 42 teams ventured across Texas all night long, to finally end up here in Corpus Christi. The runners say this race is like no other and the things they saw along the way are what make this race so unique.
Greg Rankin says not only did he see rattlesnakes and amarillos, but he was even chased by dogs.
The winner made it to the finsish line in 23 hours and 51 minutes. The runners say this race is about the experience not who wins or losses.
Once the people crossed the finish line they were greated with a warm welcome and a nice cold beer!
