CORPUS CHRISTI - A woman accused of murder is back in the Nueces County jail after police were called to check out a fight over child custody early Monday morning.
According to police, Rosanna Juarez, 26, was just one of the people officers spoke to about the disturbance at a home on Morris Street.
It turns out she was wanted for violating the conditions of her release from jail while she awaits trial for murder.
Juarez was out on bond for her alleged role in the 2010 shooting of Victor Joseph at a party. Joseph died from his injuries a month after the shooting, but Juarez and her husband, Johnny, weren't arrested until March 2013.
Police say the couple fired several shots into a home on Devon Drive after a fight during a child's birthday party.
