California Wildfires: More Homes Lost

SAN DIEGO, California (NBC News) - For a fourth day in a row firefighters are working around the clock to gain control of ten wildfires in Southern California.

Already some 14,000 acres have burned and more than a dozen structures have been lost, including eight homes and an apartment complex.

Dry conditions and heavy winds have helped spread the fires, but a coming shift in weather could help firefighters turn the tables.
