Ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Whole Garlic Clove
1/4 Diced Onion
Fresh or Frozen Calamari
Sweet Peas
Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
Diced Prosciutto
Fresh Basil
Thyme
Halved Cherry Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
Your Favorite Cooked Pasta

Directions:

Slice calamari tubes into 1/3" rings.
Sautee calamari quickly in hot oil w/ garlic and onion.
Add peas, prosciutto, mushrooms and thyme.
Sautee briefly, add tomatoes and basil.
Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.
Let cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add to bed of favorite cooked and drained pasta.
