Brother-in-Law Wanted for Murder in Bishop

CORPUS CHRISTI - We are following a developing story out of the Bishop area where a woman was found shot to death yesterday.

Nueces County Sheriff's investigators say a family member found the body of Elizabeth Caughman, the librarian at Bishop High School, inside her home.

Authorities are looking for her brother-in-law, Tommy Caughman, as a person of interest in the killing. He lived at the home with his brother and the wife.

He was last seen driving a maroon Dodge Ram pickup with Texas license plate number CDW-5DV.

Detectives believe Caughman took his camping hear with him and may be hiding out in the wilderness.
