Brad Pitt Movie Being Shot In El Paso

EL PASO - A movie starring actor Brad Pitt is filming in El Paso, but Pitt's nowhere to be seen.

El Paso Film Commissioner Susie Gaines says film crews are collecting "pick-up" shots to be included in the move "The Counselor," which is supposed to open in the fall. That means the scenes will be filler for use between scenes or while someone is talking off camera.

The action Monday focused on an alley featuring three vehicles being driven. Several extras also walked in front of the alley while cameras rolled.

Gaines tells the El Paso Times the rest of the movie was shot in Spain.
