Border Patrol Agent Accused of Murder

CORPUS CHRISTI - A Border Patrol who lives and works in Corpus Christi is facing a murder charge for allegedly killing a man who was having an online relationship with his wife.

35-year-old Keith James Martin was shot dead in his home. Police believe his family witnessed the murder.

Authorities in Medina County chased Adam Garibay for 18 miles this morning before he crashed his car. Deputies say he's now in the hospital for his injuries.

At about the same time the chase was going on, police in Corpus Christi were at his home on Haven Drive in Corpus Christi. A young boy ran to a neighbor asking someone to help his mother.

Police found the 28-year-old woman with minor injuries, but immediately started looking for Garibay. Information about the murder and chase in Medina County came in later.

According to police, Garibay killed Martin because he was allegedly having a relationship with his wife using Facebook.

We'll have more information on this story throughout the night.
