Barrera Arrested with Blood Alcohol Content Over .15

CORPUS CHRISTI - Corpus Christi police are pursuing driving while intoxicated charges against a 21-year-old Nicole Marie Barrera after someone reported seeing her driving the wrong way down Gollihar early this morning.

By the time the officer got to the area, Barrera was parked behind the CVS at Ayers and Horne. A witness claims Barrera almost struck a truck towing a taxi cab around 4 a.m.

Barrera's facing a Class A misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .15.
