CORPUS CHRISTI - The hospital pharmacist on trial for sexually assaulting a 5-year old family member testified this morning.
Beau baker worked at Driscoll Children's Hospital when he was arrested in September after allegedly told a coworker he sexually assaulted the girl.
On the stand today, Baker told the court he woke up one morning to find himself kissing on the little girl. Yesterday, proceedings included graphic testimony from a nurse who said the victim told her Baker was kissing on her private parts.
Baker's brother also took the stand saying he has a past history of sleep walking and talking. The brother also said he also has engaged sexual activity while sleeping, but wakes up with no memory the next morning.
We'll have more on today's testimony at 5 & 6.
