Back-to-School Immunization Clinic Held

CORPUS CHRISTI - Kids from all around the area got ahead start Saturday on what they need to go back-to-school.

Over a thousand kids and their parents braved the 100 degree heat outside Miller High School for a one-stop-shop on everything the kids need for school.

The Nueces County Health Department vaccinated the children while parents learned about healthy food choices.

The Lead First Foundation hosted the event.
