CORPUS CHRISTI - Robbery investigators released surveillance photos of a man accused of holding up the Stripes store at Carroll Lane and Staples Street early Friday morning.
The suspect wearing a grey hoodie, red shirt, black shorts, white tennis shoes, gloves and a bandana held a pistol as he demanded money from the clerk just after midnight. The clerk told police the robber apologized before leaving the store.
He's believed to be Hispanic, 5'5" to 5'8" tall, weighing 150 to 170 lbs.
