Annual Harbor Lights Festival

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Right now people are watching the lighting of the tree during the annual Harbor Lights festival.

Earlier this afternoon, families lined Shoreline Boulevard to watch the Children's Parade.

Colorful, decorated floats glided by as the Christmas season kicked off in downtown Corpus Christi.

But the biggest draw was the float with Santa Claus.

The lighting of the tree is scheduled to happen at 6:45 tonight and the Illuminated Boat Parade will be at 7:30 tonight.
