ALICE - Two arrests made last Friday, could help clear up a series of armed robberies at convenience stores in Alice over the past six months.
Police arrested two men, Willie Gray Garza and Jose Segura outside a Times Market shortly after it was robbed.
They believe the two are responsible for several more armed robberies in the Alice area since the beginning of the year.
Using surveillance, police also linked another man, Jose Angel Carrillo, to two of the robberies.
The final person arrested, a woman named Sylvia Chapa, was picked up Tuesday.
Authorities found her at a local bar across the street from one of the stores that was held up.
Police searched her home and found just over nine grams of black tar heroin. They also found about $1,6000 in cash.
Police believe the robberies were drug and gang related, specifically tied to the Mexican Mafia.
