CORPUS CHRISTI - The suspects in last week's kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl could face charges of aggravated sexual assault. Police affidavits on all three suspects released this afternoon state the girl told detectives that while she was blindfolded, one of the suspect used some type of lubricant and penetrated her vagina.
The girl told police she was able to see three white males in the vehicle when her blindfold came off for a quick second.
For now, Jacob Musich, 18, Colton Visor, 18, and Eric Dimick, 17, are being held in the Nueces County Jail on one million dollars bond each for a charge of aggravated kidnapping.
The affidavit includes claims made by a witness that Eric Dimick had admitted to kidnapping the girl with Musich and Visor on December 27th. The same witness claims that Dimick said the three accused "were discussing doing a kidnapping and they just happened to come upon" the victim. The witness further claims "Dimick told them that they discussed 'raping' the victim."
The 11-year-old girl was taken after dark while riding her bike in the 7000 block of Braesvalley. According to the affidavit, she was walking with her 13-year-old brother at the time. Right after she was taken the boy ran home to tell his parents what happened.
Witnesses said they saw a dark colored Chevy Suburban with a loud muffler flee the scene. Investigators ran the license plate provided by witnesses and tracked down an older model Chevy Suburban registered to a man with the last name of Musich. According to police, the Suburban has a loud Magna Flow exhaust system.
A little over an hour after the girl was taken she flagged down someone for help along Park Road 22. She told police she was dropped off at the beach.
Musich, Dimick and Visor were all arrested in the early morning hours of Sunday, December 30th.
All three affidavits for the suspects are identical, other than the suspect's names.
