Accuser Recants Claim He Was Offered Money to Expose Himself

CORPUS CHRISTI - A man accused of asking a teen to expose himself in exchange for money had his case dismissed.

36-year old Andrew Ensinger's case was dropped because his accused recanted his story.

In november 2013, the 14-year old boy told police Ensinger offered money to him if he showed his private parts. The teen said he was walking down McArdle when this happened.

CCPD released surveillance video of a man seen in a nearby convenience store while asking for tips.

The tips lead to Ensinger's arrest at his job.
