CORPUS CHRISTI - A judge ruled today a Corpus Christi man accused biting a local woman's face is not competent to stand trial.
In November, police said Courtney Henderson was naked and high on drugs when he tried to carjack a woman near Prescott and 18th Street.
The victim told police Henderson bit her on the forehead and started hitting her. Police later arrested Henderson for aggravated assault.
Today's decision means he'll now be placed under psychiatric care until he is able to stand trial.
