CORPUS CHRISTI - A foster father accused of shaking his 2-year-old daughter in September refused to comment on the matter after he pleaded "not guilty" today in court.
Police arrested 46-year-old Irving Patrick back on September 12th and charged him with injury to a child.
The arrest report states the 2-year-old child had a fractured skull, broken ribs and burns on her body.
Patrick's trial date is set for August 1st; he is out on bond. Child Protective Services placed the young girl with another foster family.
