CORPUS CHRISTI -- Families celebrated Christmas a little early this year at Mission 911.
The good folks at Nice Guys Auto helped to make the celebration special for the kids and adults at the shelter.
They listened to music, prayed ate a meal and opened presents from Santa Claus.
Mission 911 is a faith-based organization that offers programs and shelter to the homeless.
Thomas Taylor said, "I'm here because I had no where else to go. I had a drug problem and my family didn't turn their back on me, but told me you got to figure things out for yourself."
Michael Gisewhite with Nice Guys Auto said, "Christmas is about giving and giving back to the community."
