CORPUS CHRISTI -- A man is in the hospital with serious head injuries after an early morning rollover.
It happened right around the intersection of Gollihar and Staples right after 1:30 this morning.
Police said a man in his early twenties was speeding down Gollihar, when he hit a curb, and flipped his Toyota Corolla.
The car flipped several times, and finally came to a stop when it hit the side of a building.
Emergency crews took the driver to Spohn Memorial Hospital with severe head injuries.
Police do not know if his injuries are life threatening.
Besides speed, alcohol could have been a factor.
Police also said they were responding to a disturbance call at the same time, and believe he was involved in that incident.
