CORPUS CHRISTI- A secondary surge of much drier cooler air will arrive overnight and send temperatures tumbling to the lowest levels of the season Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Fairly strong northerly winds (enough to induce small craft advisories) will follow the surge and gradually decrease throughout the day on Saturday. The winds will lay Saturday night and Sunday and then increase to breezy to windy again Monday and Tuesday ahead of the next rain producing cold front on Wednesday.
Overnight tonight it will turn windy and cooler and also rather breezy with northerly winds of 15-25 & gusty and a low of 57. The increase in winds should start up between 1 and 2 am.
Saturday will be sunny and noticeably cooler but breezy throughout the day (especially the morning) with a high of only 79.
Saturday night will be clear nearly calm and rather chilly with a low of 49 and the lowest of the season.
Sunday will be fantastic with mostly sunny skies light winds low humidity and a high of only 75.
Our next decent shot at rain will be Wednesday of next week.
Enjoy your weekend.
