CORPUS CHRISTI- It was a beautiful day in South Texas but a bit on the breezy side as winds gusted to over 30 mph this afternoon and early evening. High pressure will settle into the area overnight and will result in a huge drop in temperature due to clear skies light winds and very dry area over the area. These same weather ingredients will also combine for a gorgeous day tomorrow and easily the best of the next 7 days.

Tonight will be clear nearly calm and colder with a low near 40 and 30's further inland.

Tuesday will be an outstanding day with sunny skies light winds and pleasantly warm with a high near 80.

Wednesday will be sunny and but breezy by afternoon and a more seasonal high of 77.

Enjoy this great weather while you can as the winds will increase by the end of this week and upcoming weekend.
