CORPUS CHRISTI - Cystic Fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects an estimated 30,000 children and young adults in the United States. Research and care supported by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is making a huge difference in extending the quality of life for those with CF.
On Saturday, November 9th, the Sixth Annual Great Strides Walk of Corpus Christi will be held at Heritage Park (1581 N. Chaparral). Check-in begins at 8:00 AM and the Walk begins at 9:00 AM. T-shirts will be available for sale, and all donations will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
This year's walk will also feature a "Fun for All" area that includes face painting, a bean bag toss, arts and crafts, and fun prize giveaways.
