ALICE -- A cell phone video posted on YouTube shows a man getting arrested after a police officer confronts him about videotaping a routine traffic stop.
The nearly 13-minute video shows the man arguing with the officer after the officer says he is concerned that the video might surface online. He asks the man for identification, and when the man refuses the officer puts him in handcuffs.
The man, who 6 News has not yet identified, posted the video under the username "gloc361."
Assistant Chief of Police Alberto Martinez said that while it does not appear that the officer did anything wrong, he will investigate the incident.
