$5,000 Reward offered for Help in Finding Man Wanted for Home Invasion Robbery

CORPUS CHRISTI - A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed a family last week. It happened at about 5:30 in the morning on the outskirts of town in a home off of County Road 49-A.
A masked gunman dressed in all black broke into an elderly couples home and threatened their visiting daughter at gunpoint.
The man demanded all of her money and bank cards, as well as the P.I.N numbers to use them.
The daughter's mother said she was terrified.
"And she was afraid. She figured she was going to raped and killed," her mother says.
Police say the man fled the seen in a light colored Buick.
He was caught on camera just one hour later at a Kleberg Bank off Baldwin trying to use the cards and get money out of the A.T.M. He was unsuccessful after the victim had her accounts shut down.
He tried the same thing just minutes later at A.T.M's at a Stripes and a Walmart. Again, he was unsuccessful.
Now a concerned man who knows the family has offered a $5,000 reward for information that could lead to the suspect's capture.
The suspect is described as a tall, muscular built African-American man. He was seen driving a light colored Buick.
