CORPUS CHRISTI - It's been almost an hour since a concrete slab fell on the legs of two construction workers at Nile and Williams Road. Emergency personnel were heard saying they've made "minimal progress" in freeing the men.
The two were part of a crew cutting a large section of concrete when it fell on them. Coworkers and firefighters are working on cutting the large slab into smaller sections.
Police are asking people to avoid the area to prevent causing further delays in getting the men free.
