CORPUS CHRISTI - Police say the bad weather and excessive speed were the cause of a major accident. The driver of an 18 wheeler lost control and slammed into a concrete barrier.
The cab of the truck landed on top of the barrier, sticking into oncoming traffic.
The driver was okay, but the roads had to be closed off for some time while TX DOT crews covered fuel that had leaked from the truck onto the roadway.
