PORTLAND, Texas - Investigators are looking for a car involved in a hit and run crash Saturday night that injured a 14-year-old riding his bike.
The boy was headed westbound on Buddy Ganem at Highway 181 when he was hit. The car dragged the bike a long way down the road. Police have not released any more information on the boy's condition, other than he was taken to Spohn Memorial in Corpus Christi for treatment.
There were no witnesses to the crash. Police are asking anyone who may have surveillance video or information on a recently damaged car to please give them a call at 361-777-4444.
