AUSTIN - The reward for John Michael Enard, 58, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender and this month's featured fugitive, has increased to $13,000 for information leading to his capture if the tip comes in during the month of February. Enard removed his ankle monitor Jan. 19 and fled from a Houston halfway house. He is considered a sexually violent predator and at high risk to reoffend. Texas Crime Stoppers tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Enard has family in Houston and Lafayette, Louisiana. He is wanted for parole violation and felony failure to comply with civil commitment requirements. His convictions include aggravated rape-sexual assault, burglary of habitation with intent to rape and burglary.

Anyone with information can provide anonymous tips in four different ways:
- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Text the letters DPS-followed by your tip-to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
- Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
