A jury sentenced 21-year-old Miranda Cisneros to 11-years in prison, today. Yesterday they found her guilty on three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of child endangerment for shoplifting at Walmart and injuring employees.
Video captured the incident on camera last June and shows Cisneros plowing over the employees who chased her out of the store after she stole some items. It was a highly emotional trial throughout. After the sentencing one of the victims chose to speak to Cisneros.
"I do not feel no sympathy for you; at all," the victim said. "I will continue to live my life and enjoy it with my grandkids and I hope one day karma does pay you a visit. And I believe justice was served," she continued.
Vanessa Sanchez, Cisneros' aunt, talked about the victims' testimonies saying, "They changed their story. The first day they said, 'stop her, stop her.' Now they cleaned up their story. They said, now, that they were there to help her which was a lie."
Sanchez followed up with, "We have no sympathy for her either at all. She got what she deserved for putting herself in that situation."

CORPUS CHRISTI - Miranda Cisneros was sentenced late Thursday to a maximum of 11 years in jail. She was found guilty yesterday on 3 counts of aggravated robbery and 1 count of child endangerment for a June 2nd Walmart shoplifting incident that injured employees.
Cisneros was sentenced to 11 years for count one, 10 years for count two, five years for count three, and two years for count four. She will serve the sentences concurrently with credit for the time she has already served.
The 21-year-old's defense attorney unsuccessfully argued for the jury to consider lesser charges of robbery and theft. She now faces up to 99 years in prison as the sentencing phase is scheduled to get underway this afternoon.
Cisneros was seen on security video from the Walmart on Greenwood as she fled the store with her young child after employees accused her of stealing baby items and household items. Three employees were hurt as she backed out of a parking spot and hit two other cars making a getaway. Cisneros was pregnant at the time of the incident.
During the trial, the defense argued store employees are to blame for escalating the incident by pursuing Cisneros out of the store, a violation of company policy.
Cisneros was arrested at a home in Calallen six days after the incident.

CORPUS CHRISTI - The jury will soon start deliberations in the aggravated robbery trial of 21-year-old Miranda Cisneros. She's accused of hitting three Walmart employees with her car as they tried to question her about an alleged shoplifting incident last June at the Greenwood location.
During the trial, the defense argued store employees are to blame for escalating the incident by pursuing Cisneros out of the store, a violation of company policy.
At the time, Cisneros was pregnant and had a young child with her. She's charged with three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of child endangerment. If convicted she could be sentenced to 99 years in prison.
The prosecution wrapped up their arguments by telling the jury all the elements of aggravated robbery are present in their case.
The employees testified they had pulled Cisneros aside to question her about a container with baby products and household items inside. They say once she was left alone she fled the store with her child.
Prosecutors pointed to jurors the video evidence provided by Walmart which shows a white car pulling out of a parking lot with the driver's side door open. A Walmart employee is seen being knocked to the ground as the driver fled, striking two cars in the process.
U.S. Marshals caught up with the young mother six days later at a home in Calallen.
During closing arguments by the defense, an attorney acknowledged Cisneros is guilty of theft, but questioned whether she intended to use her car as a deadly weapon. The attorney claims she panicked when she heard police were on the way.
The defense is asking the jury to consider the lesser charge of robbery or theft, rather than aggravated robbery.

The Walmart employees followed her to her car and tried to convince her to come back inside. The incident was caught on surveillance cameras as the pregnant woman got into her car..
Former assistant manager Geraldine Page became emotional as she watched the surveillance video in court during her testimony about being knocked to the ground by Cisneros ' car door as she backed up. Page testified she sustained multiple injuries, including some to her right knee.

Another Walmart employee John Lopez testified he saw Cisneros hit Page more than once and that he was also knocked to the ground. He told the court he saw the car door pass directly over his head as he lay on the ground. He said he was also injured.

Miranda Cisneros made her first court appearance this morning for a bond reduction hearing. She is accused of stealing around $300 worth of merchandise from the Walmart on Greenwood Drive.
Surveillance video shows the suspect police identified as Cisneros dragging one employee who tried to stop her as she fled the scene on June 2nd. Police say she hit at least three people and two cars during her getaway.
Cisneros bond was set at $132,500. "I've got to protect your child, you didn't protect him that evening. The baby that you're carrying or the one that was in the back seat of your car. Because you had no consideration for them, the bonds are being set accordingly," said Judge Jose Longoria to a pregnant Cisneros, who is about a month away from her due date.
Besides the house arrest, Cisneros is only allowed to go to doctor visits. She must be accompanied by a deputy.
During Wednesday's hearing, Cisneros's family expressed concerns about her pregnancy. They said her pregnancy is "high risk" and worry about the baby's health should Cisneros stay in jail.
The hearing also revealed that members of Cisneros's family tried stopping law enforcement from arresting her. A U.S. Marshall told the Judge that a physical altercation broke out between officers and Raymond Bearden, the husband of Cisneros.

They say the suspect is 20-year old Miranada Cisneros.
There's now a warrant out for her arrest, but so far, investigators haven't found her.
Along with being described as "very" pregnant, officers say she had a child with her the whole time.
We got a copy of the police report with more information on what happened this past Saturday at Wal-Mart.
According to the police report, three employees were in the parking lot when they saw the woman -- identified as Miranda Cisneros -- running away after being caught shoplifting.
The report states, "The employees tried to talk the suspect out of her car, but she put it in reverse. The drivers door was still open and that's when she knocked over the three employees."
We also know, from the documents, Cisneros tried to steal around $300 worth of merchandise described as baby clothes and household items.
One witness told police Cisneros put a large plastic container in her shopping cart and it states, "Then she went through the store -- with a small child -- placing items into the container. She then went to the exit doors without paying for the items."
That's where a loss prevention officer caught up with her.
But police say Cisneros got away -- with a child in tow -- and knocked over three employees as she made her exit out of the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Police say Cisneros also ran into several other cars injuring three more people.
Those injured -- including the employees -- are expected to be OK.
Cisneros is wanted for aggravated robbery, child endangerment, and criminal mischief.
