Jessica Holley joined the KRIS 6 News Team in December of 2012. She calls herself a Texas native growing up in Plano, even though she was born in California. She is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism (M-I-Z!) and is known to wear black and gold on game days year round.

Jessica decided at the young age of nine she wanted to be a journalist after she was interviewed by her hometown ABC affiliate about her house fire. It was at that moment the spark and desire to tell and share others' stories began.

At Mizzou, she worked at the student run NBC affiliate, KOMU, doing everything it all from anchoring to even running the live truck. As the tech world and news world continue to merge, Jessica wanted to keep up. In Missouri she wrote and produced stories for an internet start-up company that analyzed breaking news coverage. Newsy.com made its name in the mobile news industry, and most viewers watched her stories from their smart phone or tablet.

Jessica landed her first job in Wichita Falls, in northwest Texas, at KFDX. She reported on a wide range of stories, but one of her biggest stories was hearing a man confess to murdering his two young children while in jail pending trial. While in Wichita Falls she also covered many large wildfires including the one at Possum Kingdom Lake scorching 125,000 acres and destroying hundreds of homes.

Don't be surprised if you see her around town with a camera and tripod in tow - Jessica is a multi-media journalist, which means she shoots, edits and writes her own video and content.

Her favorite part of being a reporter is having the privilege to tell real people's stories. While she has fun with her job, she holds herself to the highest standards of accuracy and maintaining credibility.

Jessica is always looking for ideas in Corpus Christi and around the Coastal Bend, so don't be a stranger! Send her an email: jholley@kristv.com or find her on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jessica.holley.KRIS6news

There she was able to shadow reporters then work with a team of 6 high school students to create a student produced newscast that aired on NBC 7/39, where she was one of the co-anchors.

She continued to pursue her dreams by attending the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. There she was the anchor for the Blaze 1330 AM radio news show in 2009. She then went off to intern for PBS 8 and ABC 15 News locally. Then the following summer she returned to CNN in 2012 to intern with the Digital PR team where she helped with the social media branding.

When she returned to ASU, her passion for social media trends led her to partner with two students to create a documentary called "One Million Views" (link: http://onemillionviews.tv/). Andy Liscano http://www.kristv.com/news/andy-liscano/ http://www.kristv.com/news/andy-liscano/ 6 News Team - Multi-Media Journalists Tue, 4 Jan 2011 9:30:35 AM Andy Liscano

Born and raised in Chicago, Andy remains a loyal Bears, Bulls, Cubs(sorry White Sox!), and Blackhawks fan!

Andy came to KZTV in 2007 and within just 4 months broke the story on the forced resignation of the Director of the city's Water Department. He has followed that up with several more exclusives!

Andy's emphasis is investigative and Troubleshooter stories, but he also reports on city hall, the courts, police, spot, and breaking news. He also anchors various newscasts on a fill-in basis.

Before transitioning to news, Andy was an award-winning sportscaster in cities from Miami to Los Angeles. He's covered the Super Bowl, Summer Olympics, Soccer's World Cup, MLB, NASCAR, PGA, LPGA, NHL, NBA, NCAA's March Madness Basketball Tournament, and the NCAA's Div. 1 Football National Championship.

However, more than all that, Andy enjoys spending time with family in Texas and Chicago. After that, a low score after 18 holes of golf, a good book or movie, and travel are among his favorites.
