  Ex-Boyfriend Accused of Shooting New Boyfriend

  CORPUS CHRISTI - Johnny Aguilar surrendered to police Saturday night on charges he hit a man with a sledgehammer then shot him in the chest.

  Police say this all happened when the 23-year-old came face-to-face with his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend at the Wooldridge Apartments around midnight Friday.

  Aguilar faces charges for burglary with intent to commit aggravated assault. The victim is expected to survive.
