  CORPUS CHRISTI - The 2013 Power of the Purse fundraiser benefiting Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas will be held Tuesday night at the Ortiz Center.

  Donated designer purses and other items will be auctioned off at the event, and the money raised will help underprivileged girls participate in the Girl Scouts.
