    SAN ANTONIO - The Hooks took control early and cruised to a 12-0 victory on Monday night at Wolff Stadium as Corpus Christi clinched the Texas League South Division's first half championship.     It has been ten years since Calallen became the first area high school to get artificial turf at its football stadium. Now, it's time to replace it thanks to a 40 million dollar plus bond issue that was passed by voters back in November. A new all weather track is also being installed at Phil Danaher Field. But it's just not athletics which benefits from the bond issue.
